President
Terry
O'Rourke is the founder and president of Common Sense
Solutions. He is actively involved in consulting operations
for network services, application development and software
implementation, as well as new business development.
Before founding CSS in 1993, Terry had served in capacities
ranging from Executive VP of Operations to Chief Financial
Officer to MIS Director for professional service companies
ranging in size from $6 million to $35 million in annual sales.
He holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and is a
CPA. He is a frequent speaker and author on the practical
use of technology in service businesses.

Customer Service and Administration
Jan
Tomasik As Vice President of Finance and Administration,
Jan Tomasik oversees the network service operations, customer
service, finance and administration functions for Common Sense
Solutions.
In addition to her background in business management, Jan's experience
includes project management, the development and implementation
of enterprise-wide, in-house information systems and web design.
She holds a BA in Business Administration from St. Francis
University and has successfully completed Webmaster certification
classes at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Custom Development and Integration
Adam
Novak manages all software support, training, custom
development and integration services. With over 10 years of
construction accounting experience, he has worked with many
construction accounting products, installing and customizing
hundreds of systems for all types and sizes of contractors
from specialty subcontractors to general contractors.
Adam has the unique ability to evaluate the functionality
and usefulness of a program from a variety of angles to ensure
software applications are practical, dependable, and useful
for all in an organization.

Sales and Marketing
John
Chruma, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has
over 13 years experience helping hundreds of contractors grow
their business with job profit software tools. John
manages the ComputerEase sales team and supervises all marketing
communication efforts.
John has a BA in Communication from Truman State University
and an MA in Mass Communication from the University of Central
Missouri.
