ProEst estimating software comes with your choice of our pre-built, standardized databases for General, Electrical and Mechanical Contractors. And with the help of our staff, ProEst can easily be customized to fit your business perfectly, whether your specialty is Landscaping, Residential and Remodeling, Concrete and Masonry or any other type of construction.

The costs in the database are based on national averages and are easily updated for your local costs. Or, they can be adjusted to account for other regional or economic changes.

General Construction
Ideal database for general construction, including commercial, residential and repair & remodel. The database is organized in the standard CSI 16 division layout and contains over 12,000 items and 200 prebuilt assemblies.

Electrical Construction
This is a very good database for Electrical Contractors, including Residential, Commercial and VDV Contractors, and is used to estimate projects of all sizes. The database contains over 13,000 items and 150 prebuilt assemblies.

Mechanical Construction
The mechanical database includes Piping, Plumbing and HVAC. The database is used to estimate commercial, industrial and residential projects. The database contains over 14,000 items and 100 prebuilt assemblies.
