We make it easy for you to get support from us.
Support requests can be submitted by phone, fax
or email. Each request is logged in our incident
tracking system so we know the exact time that
the request came in as well as our initial response
and every subsequent support effort for that incident.
Support requests are directed to our help desk
staff. If they cannot quickly resolve the issue,
it will then be escalated to the appropriate technician
for remote or on-site resolution.
Our normal support hours are 8:00 am to 5:00
pm Monday through Friday. After hours and weekend
support is available, either by prior arrangement
or by supplemental contract coverage
Every client is assigned an account manager at
the beginning of our business partnership. Clients
may feel free to call that individual, or any
other employee of Common Sense Solutions at any
time, for any reason.
CSS prides itself on its dedication to customer
service and training. We don't consider our job
done until your staff is able to get exactly what
you need out of your network.
